How do I login to a program happening now?
To login to program you have purchased or is included in your subscription that is coming up, click "Log In" in the top right hand corner of any page. Then navigate to the "Upcoming Webinars" page, select the program you'd like to attend now and select "Access Now" at the bottom of the page. This link will direct you to the live webinar and provide you with all relevant access information.
How do I receive the files from a product I have purchased?
To download to program you have purchased or is included in your subscription, click "Log In" in the top right hand corner of any page. Then navigate to the program using the "Browse" or "Search" options, select the program you'd like to download and select "Access Now" at the bottom of the page. This link will allow you to download this product if you are logged in and have access to this program.
How do I access & use the subscriber library?
To access your subscriber library, click "Log In" in the top right hand corner of any page. Then select the "Browse" button near the top left of the page. Once here, select your subscription area. In the list of programs on your subscription area, you'll be able to select the download icon to the right of any product to download directly, or you can select the title of any program to read the description and select the "Access Now" button at the bottom of all products you have access to with your subscription.
Why can't I access the eBooks, Podcasts or eDocuments?
If you are logged in and still cannot access eBooks, Podcasts or eDocuments, you may have purchased a subscription that does not include these items.
What if I don't know my username or password?
Your username is the email address you entered upon checkout and your password is the password you entered during this process. Look for an email from "ExecSense" or store@execsense.com that included this information following your purchase. If you know your email address but not your password, CLICK HERE to reset your password. If you still cannot access the site, please email store@execsense.com or call us at 415-578-2080 and we'll do everything we can to locate your order and retrieve your username and password.
How do I change my username or password?
To change your username or password, click "My Account" at the top of any page. Once at your Dashboard, select "Account Information" on the left side of the page. By changing the Email Address here you can update the email address you use to log in to access your products. Similarly, you can also change your password on this page.
