After opening his own consulting business in 1987, Paul consulted with American Airlines, GE, Mobil, Chrysler, BBDO, Wilson Sporting Goods, Perrier, AlliedSignal, Kodak, and many other organizations. Paul conducted change management, executive coaching, and development programs in China, the UK, Greece, Egypt, Venezuela, France, Kenya, Sweden, Spain, Saudi Arabia, and numerous other international locations.

He currently serves as an Assistant Professor of the Practice in the Applied Psychology Program in the Graduate School teaching organizational psychology, organizational development, performance coaching, consulting, and designing training and development. He has also taught Business Leadership Development online for University College.
