We have an option to create a free account. You can create one here. A free account allows you to browse through all of our content to get an understanding of what content we offer and will give you access to one lesson.

Once you are logged in you can filter by various categories. Under all topics there is a “Filter By” section with drop down menus and different categories. You can filter by Organization, Level, and Role. You can also sort by Newest, Oldest, A to Z, or Z to A. There are also many categories that you can browse by on the left of the page.

Click on the magnifying glass icon in the blue header and you can search there the topics that may interest you.

No, our content is compatible with HTML5, so it can be viewed on any device without any additional software or plug-ins.

Go to the login page and click the “Forgot Your Password?” link under the password field. Enter your email address that you used to register for ExecSense and follow the instructions in your email to create a new password. If you do not receive an email, please give us a call at 1 855 393 2736 and we will be happy to help you.

Click on your Account Badge and select “My Account,” there you will have the option to edit all of your information.

Of course you can! Click on your Account Badge in the right hand corner and select “My Account.” In the photo section, you can click on “Change Photo” and you will get a pop-up to select a file. Please make note that profile pictures have to be at least 220 pixels in width and 220 pixels in height.

You can easily link your profile with LinkedIn by selecting your account badge and in the drop down menu click on “My Account.” Once you are there click on “Connect” in the “Sign in with LinkedIn” section.

You can purchase a Standard or Premium subscription. A Standard subscription is $599.00 and a Premium subscription is $1199.00. Please visit our pricing page to compare the features.

Each plan is enrolled to auto renew. If you would like to cancel your subscription before the renewal date, please give us a call or send us an email. We will always notify you before your card is charged.

You can only invite your colleagues if you have a Premium Subscription. Once you have signed in, click on your account badge in the upper right section of the screen. Click on the “My Team” option in the drop down menu. Enter the user’s email, first, and last name and click on invite. If you need to add another user just click on the plus and add the user’s information. You can invite up to four users.

Yes, an invoice is sent automatically by email on receipt of payment. We are able to accept payments made by check and all major credit cards. To request an invoice contact our Customer Success team at support.execsense@ft.com or call 1-855-393-2736.

ExecSense resources are accessible on any Internet connected device (mobile, tablet, desktop or laptop) and are optimized for use on mobile and tablets.

Of course! You will have unlimited access to any content you purchase for an entire year.

You will receive immediate access to any specific piece of content you purchase. If you purchase a Subscription, you will instantly receive access to all content in the membership library. Access instructions will come in the form of an email, containing account details and login instructions.
